01Scanner-scale integration
Cashiers scan packaged products and weigh produce or other variable-weight items within the transaction. Lynk supports integrated scanner-scale deployments, including validated Zebra configurations.
Exact model, interface, firmware, capacity, and legal-for-trade requirements are confirmed before installation.
02Multi-store inventory and PO receiving
Sales update on-hand quantities while teams receive purchase orders, manage adjustments, monitor low stock, and transfer inventory from store to store.
Central catalogs, location-level quantities, case packs, and transfer workflows are configured during onboarding.
03Bilingual checkout
English/Chinese and English/Spanish checkout options help stores train teams and serve customers with a clearer, more familiar register experience.
Language configuration is matched to the store’s selected workflow and users.
04Real-time multi-store loyalty
Customers can earn and redeem points across connected locations while balances synchronize in real time.
Program rules, rewards, and promotional offers are configured for each merchant.
05Payments and EBT/SNAP
Available tender options include EBT/SNAP, credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments through the merchant’s approved payment configuration.
Eligibility, processor support, terminal choice, and merchant approvals must be confirmed before deployment.
06Gift cards and e-gift cards
Sell and redeem physical gift cards and e-gift cards at checkout. Customers can also purchase e-gift cards online for convenient digital delivery.
Branding, denominations, redemption rules, and online purchase flow are configured with the merchant.
07Food courts, bakeries, and kitchens
Route prepared-food orders from the POS to kitchen monitors and kitchen printers, supporting supermarket food courts, delis, bakeries, and in-store kitchens.
Routing is configured by department, preparation area, and order type.
08Online and third-party delivery orders
Native online orders and supported Uber Eats and DoorDash orders feed directly into LynkRetailPOS and print automatically, reducing separate tablets and missed tickets.
Availability and final workflow depend on the merchant’s selected channels and configuration.
